The Gratiot County Players wish to acknowledge the generosity of the Gratiot County Community Foundation for awarding a grant to install an assisted listening system for our theater. The system will allow hard of hearing patrons to fully enjoy our shows by providing a receiver that picks up transmissions from the sound system. We are starting with four units and will expand those if the need is demonstrated. Our first show to use the system will be our December 2011 production of "White Christmas." The units will be available at the sound booth on a first come, first served basis. Patrons using the system will be asked a few questions after each show to provide feedback to the GCP Board of Directors and the granting agency.
